HPANWO Radio moving to 8 PM

From next week HPANWO Radio will be starting at 8 PM (eight) instead of 9 PM. The whole CMR schedule is being reshuffled to create new slots for new shows, seeing as the popularity of Critical Mass Radio is growing so fast.
